TYPES OF HOUSING
InspiCare Homes offers two levels of housing for people that have difficulty maintaining housing. The housing has been created for residents with mental illness and other difficulties.
Permanent Supportive Housing- InspiCare Homes provides supportive housing for people living with a serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. We provide more than your typical service. The residents will be offered facilities with two or three-bedroom units for adults. Staff support is focused on increasing stability (i.e., preventing eviction, hospitalization, incarceration, and homelessness), accessing resources and employment, and increasing community involvement.
Supported Housing- InspiCare homes also offers housing program provides psychiatric rehabilitation (PSR) services to help adults who have serious mental illness to learn the skills needed to transition to independent living. Our staff provides individualized coaching and educational groups on mental and physical wellness, as well as cooking, cleaning and hygiene. Each facility will provide 24/7 service.
Enhanced Supported Housing – specialized homes with additional staffing, available for those needing more hands-on care due to unique medical and/or mental health needs
Medically Fragile Supported Housing – specialized homes with additional staffing, designed for individuals who require the assistance of a mobility device or experience vision or hearing impairment
